Dear Sir/Madam,

I wanted to inform you that I purchased a pack of Scallops on March 1, 2020.

I made them for dinner for me and my son. Later that night we both suffered nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.

I am certain we had food poisoning from your Scallops.

What is your protocol for this?

I also heard of a similar case in Beaverton involving Scallops.
