A Pan crust pizza,sauce,cheese,fresh mushrooms,pineapple pizza.Ordered by phone for delivery.Ate (2) pieces and become very nauseous and had to vomit.Tried a1/2 slice next day (8-1-18) and got sick again.I still have1/2 of a medium pizza left. Myself (F) 60yr Grandson (16yr) sick about 45-60 min after eating.Lasted about (2) hour's Vomiting, Diarrhea & Nausea | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando
