I ordered dominos around 4pm on 5/23/16 i ordered pepperoni pizza. I only ate two slices of pizza then at about 6pm i had diarrhea then about 2:30 am i had was vomiting, had diarrhea, i started sweating, ran a fever and became very nauseous. I went to emergency room and they diagnosed with food poisoning. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Febre, Vomitando
