I started feeling nauseous and really uncomfortable after the first breakfast at my hotel. I think it was probably the salad served with the fried eggs. I have been having diarrhoea and loss of appetite since Friday (the day after we arrived in Barcelona). Only I got sick. My wife didn’t have the same breakfast that I had (pls see above). | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Perda de apetite
