Yesterday around 5pm my brother and I had In-N-Out for dinner I had a #3 and he had a #2 and this morning around 4am I began with cramping then I went to the bathroom and that's when the vomiting started, I tried going back to bed but I would lay down for 5 minutes and go running to the bathroom with diarrhea and vomit. I left to work at 7:30am but I couldn't last I went back home at 10am. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando
