(Corner of scottsdale and thomas) 2 cheeseburgers and a fry around 1030 pm. Woke up feeling horrible and vomiting by noon. Vomited 5-6 x t/o the day (lost count). 9 pm now (22-23 hrs later) and stomach not great but am keeping fluids down 3 hours so far. | Sintomas: Vomitando
