Myself and my partner got McDonald’s around 9pm 10th June. We’ve just both woken up (1:30am) and been throwing up. He woke up first and noticed him gone and heard him coughing. I then started to feel like I was going to be sick so ran to the loo to find him in the toilet throwing up.
