On Dec 21st 2018 around 10 pm I had dinner at olive garden in port richey, fl.It included wine, calamari, salad, breadsticks, and chicken parmesan. Around 1 am I woke out of a sound sleep and began vomiting violently. I also had diarrhea and swollen ankles. I was so sick my boyfriend called an ambulance and I spent some time in the emergency room. They discharged me Saturday morning from the hospital. I then spent the rest of Saturday, and Sunday morning in bed with a fever and extreme nausea. I know it was olive garden that got me sick because it was the only thing I had eaten all day. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Febre, Náusea, Vomitando
