Salad, Had half salad Sunday about 3:30, i stayed in bed all day on Monday, diarrhea, nausea, stomach cramps, body aches and headache. It’s Wednesday and I still have a grumbling stomach, diarrhea, stomach cramps. I started with stomach cramps and diarrhea immediately on Monday morning.
