I had pepperoni pizza last night around 7 and at 1 pm today I was in the car with my children and I had horrible diarrhea and starting vomiting could not stop .. stopped 3 times on my way home to throw up. I'm still in horrible pain now. Stomach cramps and still using the toilet. This is the 2nd time I've gotten food poisoning from this location! The 1st time I didn't really think too much of it but this is the 2nd time the same exact thing happened! | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando, Cãibras
