I had some rotisserie chicken from the Vons in Pasadena off of California and on ramp to the 210/134 freeways. I had some zucchini and broccoli from the Ralph’s off of Alameda by the 5 freeway. Very sick, kidneys really sore intestines really inflamed and painful. Had severe pains the whole day. Nothing to eat but a little watermelon, drinking lots of fluids. No vomit, somewhat nauseous. Diarrhea but urinating okay.
