4am May 5th, 7pm May 5th. Chocolate glazed yeast cake donuts from Safeway. The glaze was a glossy sheen, and the chocolate was melted and tasted off. I had three donuts. One maple and two with the chocolate glaze. One chocolate donut was eaten at around 4am, diarrhea with slight dizziness happened at 5am, lasted about 20 minutes. No repeat symptoms. Ate half of the same type of donut at 11am to verify the cause. Diarrhea occurred again at 7pm, I have eaten nothing else since the donut. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Tontura, Náusea
