I started to get symptoms about 45” after I ate the sandwich (which ironically was the wrong item but was too hungry to care at the moment). Had eight hours of simultaneous vomiting and diarrhea then went to ER. Got 2 liters of saline. Anti emetic. Etc. got home from ER around 1AM | Sintomas: Diarreia, Febre, Náusea, Vomitando
