I stopped by Taco Bell off of I-40 across from Burlington for lunch on 9/19/17. I bought a chicken crunchy taco and a strawberry freeze. I took two bites as I headed back to work, because notice the chicken didn't taste right. I spat it out and went on to work. Two hours later I started feeling nauseous and hot. Before I got off at 5:00, I began to have diarrhea and cramps in my stomach that has not subsided. I have not been able to eat anything since yesterday.
