I went, on May 10 2019. I ordered the Chulupa Box for lunch. At 10:00 pm I went to bed not feeling well. At 2:00 am in the morning Sat. I awoke with explosive Diarrhea and a lot of vomiting. Over the next 20 hours I continued to have bad Diarrhea which prevented me from going to work. I ended up going to the Ralph H Johnson VA medical center for treatment. For the next 5 days I was out on six leave. I will never eat at another again. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Febre, Náusea, Vomitando
