All went well until the last morning prior to departure. I asked for a coca-cola with no ice from the main lobby bar. I asked for a lime as well. I watched the bartender put his last line slice into my coke, and watched as he poured the dregs of lime juice from the line container. I didn't think much if it until about 45 minutes later. I got nauseous but fought back the vomiting. Within 24 hours I was bed ridden with severe diahhrea. My doctor did not do any tests but said I had "Traveler's flu" and put me on Ciprofloxacin. It took almost 2 weeks to get back to normal. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando
