I have purchased SHANA (brand name) Punjabi Samosas (bar code: 5030039002411) from Walmart on last Friday (8 th March 2019) and shared with my class mate.After half an hour I felt dizziness and my eyes started getting blurred visionEating SHANA's Punjabi samosas (frozen packet food) Barcode: 5030039002411 from Walmart.
Happened on 8th of March 2019.
Had severe food poisoning symptoms like
head ache, blurred vision vomiting, shivering and loss of orientation etc, | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando, Outros, cefaleia, Visão embaçada, Tontura
