The inspector visited to investigate a complaint that the food wasn’t hot enough, and ended up finding live and dead roaches in the buffet area and the kitchen, including one next to a cutting board. The complaint was found to be valid, as well — sushi, fried squash and some cut fruit at the buffet weren’t at safe temperatures, a critical violation
