Tive um McDonald's tarde da noite (por volta das 2231 GMT) me senti bem pelo resto da noite. Então, na manhã seguinte, acordei sentindo-se tonto e desorientado. Assim que me levantei para ir ao banheiro, vomitei e vomitei o dia todo. Nunca mais vou lá. Burger King me faz muito melhor.  | Sintomas: Náusea, Febre, Vomitando, Tontura

I ordered a pizza from Domino's and it was the only thing I ate that day. Later that evening, I was sick twice and had the runs.
