I ordered a chicken fillet burger meal yesterday between 11.30am and 12pm and soon toke a bite of burger the bun in chicken was very soggy and but rest of it was ok and eat half of it and the chips seemed ok but an hour after feeling nauseous and got a tempture and shaking and upset stomach.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Febre, Vomitando

Ate the burger around 2pm on 4/5/16 and had stomach ache all throughout the night. Next morning stomach ache got worse and had nausea with occasional vomitting and diarrhea  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando

I work at McDonald's and the only thing I've eaten since Monday is McDonald's. Last McDonald's ate Wednesday 4/5/16 at 2PM and had symptoms on Thursday 5/5/16 at 6.30am  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando
