After eating lunch at Crispelli's I experienced bad stoach flu-like symptoms that night and the the following day. I have been going to doctors, emergency room once and finally got the cause, I have C. Diff virus, on my 3rd round of antibiotics now!  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Febre, Náusea

Ate the 711 Nachos and the next morning couldn't stop vomiting and bad diarrhea and when I threw up thats all i could taste and smell was the nachos, the cheese must have been old because it was the very last bit of it coming out.
