After eating the Mac and cheese and V vegetable soup. I had stomach pain, with nausea, then shortly after vomited.

I ordered it on Wednesday around 8-9 o’clock at night. I ordered two hard shell tacos and chili cheese fries. I woke up around 4 am with stomach pain and diarrhea. Now it’s day two with the same symptoms and can’t hold anything down.
