Ate In n Out burger at approx 3pm on Wednesday 7/8, next morning my stomach was feeling unsettled. Throughout the morning my guts go unbearably bubbly and was getting intense waves of nausea. This has carried into today (Friday 7/10) although I am feeling significantly better than the past two days  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Tuesday night- still happening. In-N-out burger on Alta Arden and Ethan way. I had a double double protein style with an animal style fry. No drink. I was in the hospital and spend about $1000 in medical bills plus I haven't been back to work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Vomiting
