Me, my 6 yrs olds and my friend ordered In N Out for dinner, that same night me and my son were vommiting the following day I was experiencing diarrhea and my friend had headache that same night after eating then the next day she started to get diarrhea and she is vomitting as well.

Double Cheeseburger Illness Alert

I had it for dinner approximately 4 hours ago and now I’m violently sick! I had a double cheeseburger with onions, lettuce, tomatoes and their special sauce. Also had fries and a vanilla shake. I now have diarrhea, nausea, severe cramps and abdominal pain.
