Happened to myself and my daughter there too, this was 2 years ago and we were both in bed for 3 days, but nothing is done about it only vouchers from holiday companies after the event. Hope your daughter is feeling better 🥰

Same for myself and my daughter there 2 years ago and nothing has changed or been investigated. Both of us were in bed for 3 days feeling truly awful with the same symptoms. Luke warm food suspected source but we did see tongs being used on raw meat and immediately after on cooked meat so who knows!

Gorgeous hotel but myself and my daughter had the same 2 years ago, we were really ill. Hope you all feel better. I think this has been reported for years but nothing happens. It’s the only thing that would stop me returning. Hubby noted when being served food from the fresh cook station, the person was using the same tongs to handle raw pork steak as the cooked one they picked up for him and he refused. I think the issues here are more than that though! I hope you reported to the authorities as both daughter and I were so poorly we each lost 3 days of our holiday, all Tui could say was here is a £250 voucher!

We had exactly the same myself and daughter, we were very ill and suspected because the food is almost cold everywhere. Fatigue, diarrhea, vomiting for 48 hrs but felt yuk for days and lost 4 days of our holiday

My daughter and I were the same, I didn't put my face near the pool water. Both felt really ill and couldn't keep awake as well as S&D. We felt it was due to food not ever being hot, even if we were first in the buffet, still almost stone cold. Lovely resort but definitely put a downer on our holiday for a few days as I spent 4 or 5 days in the room either Ill myself or looking after daughter. Hope you managed to enjoy some of the break like we did (shows we're outstanding).

Happened to us too, 2 out of 3. Daughter violently sick about 15 times in the end, it's about time the root cause was found.

Here now and I had 24 hrs of diarrhea, now today my 12 year old daughter has been violently sick all day. Food is mostly cold when it should be hot, snack bar barely edible and I love junk food! chilled food I.e. meats/cheeses covered with flies. It would appear nothing has changed! First holiday we've ever got sickness and diarrhea. Stunning place with out of this world hotel entertainment, what a shame!
