Chocolate Pudding, Meat Illness - Hotel, Puerto de la Cruz Canarias

Gorgeous hotel but myself and my daughter had the same 2 years ago, we were really ill. Hope you all feel better. I think this has been reported for years but nothing happens. It’s the only thing that would stop me returning. Hubby noted when being served food from the fresh cook station, the person was using the same tongs to handle raw pork steak as the cooked one they picked up for him and he refused. I think the issues here are more than that though! I hope you reported to the authorities as both daughter and I were so poorly we each lost 3 days of our holiday, all Tui could say was here is a £250 voucher!
