周五下午 5 点左右我在那里吃了大约 5 点好醒来大约凌晨 1 点，可怕的发烧和温度感觉非常恶心有一个持续的腹泻，寒冷呕吐的脱水头晕以来没有吃过，而且不断在厕所上都有肛门疼痛

Got Monday evening 12th August I had a large popcorn chicken meal and 3 chicken strips and from Tuesday morning felt very sick and nauseous with no appetite.
That evening had severe diarhea along with nausea which is still happening today I have been unable to go…
