我们和家人一起去吃晚饭。当我们自己吃食物时，我们感觉出了点问题，我们的胃有点不舒服。我以为这件事发生在我身上，但后来回来时，所有其他和我一起来的人都说了同样的话。回家后每个人都有胃部不适（腹泻）。太可怕了
