Had the Starbucks mocha Frappuccino at 3:30. Had the old sweetnsour Mcdonalds dip at 6 with my dinner (nobody else was sick). Started vomiting and diarrhoea at 1:30am. Not sure which food item is to blame but those is what I’ve narrowed it down too. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
