I ate at carls jr, woke up at 6AM throwing up all over myself and diarhea. My parents thought I might have had e-coli, I went to emergency after being dehydrated and they said it was food poisoning. I didn't eat much of anything before, we were too busy and it was too hot to cook. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
