I ate chipotle at noon. That night I started feeling strange but didn't think much of it. The next morning I awoke at 6am with a fierce stomach ache and began vomiting, had diareha and eventually later in the day a fever. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
