So far 3 of our party of 8 have been struck down with stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhoea and fatigue. We have only ate food from this hotel as we are all inclusive. Have seen people throwing up round the pool, in the restaurant. | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛, 疲劳
