食品安全报告-Jack in the Box，

After eating a Burger from Jack in the box on Saturday. I began to feel nauseous 1 hour after. Then i began to vomit and have diarrhea all night. The following day i have fever, muscle pain, abdominal pain. Hours after i started having pain in my kidneys. I went to the hospital and have a urine infection that went to my kidneys. They have me antibiotics, IV, pain medicine. I'm stiil laying here ib bed feeling sick. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 肌肉疼痛
