Had a fillet box meal around 8.30pm Saturday 29th Jan. Went home felt fine then woke at 3am. Felt nauseous and diarrhoea started followed from 6am by vomiting which ended 2/3pm on Sunday. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
