Ordered some McNuggets and a double cheeseburger. Several days later I experienced flu-like symptoms. Nearly passed out after leaving the toilet, fell to the floor, and hit my head on the wall. I will never eat at McDonalds again. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
