I got food poisoned by the following items: Double cheeseburger and a big mac. I didn’t think of anything and just ate the double cheeseburger quickly, then I took a bite of the big mac and saw how disgusting it looked. I immediately threw it away. At the end of the day while I was walking home I felt this very high pain in my stomach and then had diarrhoea. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with McDonalds.| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 胃痛, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛
