2 year old daughter had a 6 nugget happy meal 2 Friday’s ago, and had been suffering bad fevers and cramps since. Took her to the hospital and a case of Salmonella was confirmed via stool samples. Can only trace this back to McDonald’s nuggets. Albsolute nightmare since | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋
