I order macdonald last night for myself and after eating the meal from this morning I have been vomiting and have diarrhea called doctors they said will be food poisoning go to local pharmacy and get medication and they gave me diaralite to drink my mum went to macdonald arounf 4pm today and said what happened the shift manager said the manager is busy and can't come out now as they are not bothered about it and sent my mum off.
