I had a chicken Caesar salad for lunch and by mindnight was vomiting and diarrhea uncontrollably and could not leave the batjhroom. This is the second time at the same restaurant. I will never eat McDonalds again. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
