got food after movie at 11:45pm, started having diarrhea,vomiting nausea and high fever after 5 hrs. my tummy hurts very badly and have to rush in the toilet every 5 seconds,the pain killing me sofly, keep vomiting the whole day diarrhea for 3 days until today. i see a doctor first thing in the morning and the result was from the food i was bought at mcdonalds my poopoo says the truth hot chocolate who was very contaminated with bacteria. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
