I was on a business trip and my nanny and I grabbed burgers around noon. By 2:30pm I was puking followed by diarrhea and by 4:30pm she was puking. My kids didn't eat burgers and didn't get sick so.....? Had to be the burgers! | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
