10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed facility without hand sink in front prep area (hot & cold prep expo,smoothies salads,etc. Facility only has one compartment sink utilized for dumping of smoothies and pitcher/blender rinser. Facility must obtain, install hand sink connected to city hot and cold water pressure with hand cleanser and paper towels. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed excessive trash and dried food debris underneath all heavy equipment on floors throughout front prep area and inside floor drains. Instructed to clean and maintain.
