I felt unwell as soon as I got off the plane, developed a fever that night, and started vomiting and severe diarrhea the next day. It took almost a week to recover.. I strongly suspect the infection originated on the plane, because in the nearly 24 hours before the onset of symptoms, my food only came from the plane.

Throughout the entire 24 hours from takeoff to disembarkation, besides the food provided on the plane, the only other food I ate was water, which I collected at the airport. Therefore, I suspect that this very serious gastrointestinal discomfort was most likely caused by unclean food on the plane.
