Had nothing to eat all day except 2 chalupa sorry spelling. At about 11:30. By 4am I thought my guts were being torn out I didn't know which was gonna go first vomit or diareah I spell terrible. I am so sick. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
