12 hrs after eating Taco Bell food I became nauseous when going to bed. I then went to my bathroom and had diarrhea, then went back to bed. Shortly thereafter I felt like vomiting, went to the bathroom, more diarrhea then I vomited while having diarrhea at the same time. I am okay now, but afraid to eat. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
