食品安全报告：Unted Airlines traveling back from Japan to LAX。

I arrived back to LAX at 10:30a.m on 10/30/2016. I started having diarrhea around 3-4p.m. I went to restroom for bowel at least 10 times and vomit once, then I took Pepto-bismo and felt better. This morning I still feel nausea. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
