食品安全报告：Wendy's。

On 08/03/15-- I went with my son to purchase a meal. My son and I ate our food and that night we started to feel sick. My son and I kept going to the restroom since then. Over the last few days we have been in a lot of pain, fatigued, Nausea and a low grade fever. This is the only place I ate since 08/03/2015 from a fast food restaurant. This place is horrible and the staff is horrible. They need to be taught a lesson on taking care of their product. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
