Normally wouldn't report from one incident but I had the exact same symptoms in July. Ordered around 7pm on November 6th, 2016. Both times I took the Chipotle from the sauce bar. Probably a bad idea - that stuff sits there all day and isn't refrigerated. Girlfriend had the same symptoms, also had the sauce, we both has totally different pizzas. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
