Ate Cobb Salad at 5:45pm
8:30pm - 5:30am Vomiting and diarrhea
No sickness before eating, no sickness after 12 hrs
Did not go to doctor, but definitely food poisoning. Went to work next morning, still feeling nausea, but no more vomiting and diarrhea. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
