如果一个深夜麦当劳（格林威治标准时间 2231 年左右）在剩下的时间里感觉不错。然后第二天早上醒来时感到头晕和迷失方向。我一站起来去洗手间我就呕吐了整天都在呕吐。再也不会去那里了。汉堡王能让我好一点。  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 头晕

I ordered a pizza from Domino's and it was the only thing I ate that day. Later that evening, I was sick twice and had the runs. This continued on to the next day and it wasn't until the day after next that I began to feel normal again. I won't be ordering from there again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
